Sud Scrub

I think it's great, but there are definitely a couple of issues. I have to use so much soap when I'm in the shower, if I want to feel like I'm actually clean after getting out of the shower I have to scrub really hard to try and get the dead skin off, and if you use certain bodywashes, no matter how much you put on the sud scrub there will be no lather at all. I've used dove, Nivea, and Her Fantasy Box (Yummy). Dove lathers great after using maybe 6 pumps, but the other two essentially have no lather whatsoever, but with a washcloth there's great lather and I'm not using as much product, the only differences between the washcloth and the sud scrub would be that you don't need to do as much laundry, the sud scrub makes me feel a lot cleaner, and it's a bit more convenient for college dorms. It has helped with my chest acne though and when I do use an absurd amount of bodywash then it lathers really nicely, and it feels good on the skin even if pressed rather harshly. All the reviews (I'm assuming there might be more, but I've only read one) talking about mold, I've never experienced mold and I've been using the sud scrub for more than a year now.

I was hoping I could switch to this from a loofah but it doesn't exfoliate enough for my chicken skin and have had to switch back to a loofah

Sud Scrub

Probably works much better with the liquid soaps, which I cannot use because of the sulfur content. Unable to get much soap on the scrub from the bar of soap that I use because it contains no sulfur. Therefore, the scrub felt great, but not much use for cleaning.

Purchased this as a gift for my grandson. He is obsessed with it. Loves it.

I need to apply sooo much shower gel. Not as gentle on sensitive areas as a loafer.

So I waited 3 months before leaving a review so I can totally honest! I love this product!! I had a big dead skin problem on my arms, under the breasts, underarms, and bikini area. The sud scrub did wonders! I've tried loofahs, scrub cloths and all the hype things that circle on the internet/tiktok and this is the only product where I truly saw a difference. Seeing the dirty water wash off me the first time I used it was an eye-opener for sure. For bikini area havers, since using the sud scrub, ingrown hairs have been nonexistent! Ingrowns on armpits too! I am also on the fatter side and have rolls that can get sweat build up and I've noticed that I feel a lot cleaner now. I was using bar soap on the sud scrub for a while, but I will say using liquid soap works a lot easier. With bar soap, I'd have to constantly re-lather the scrub after each limb. And with liquid soap I can put a couple pumps in the middle (as the instructions directed) and it'll be enough for the whole body. Overall, I highly recommend and it's wonderful that it's eco friendly.

I prefer something that gives me a lot of lather and suds. This does not. And I prefer the scratchy feel of a loofah.

the item was very well made, and the idea is inspired but I miss the nice foamy size that I get with a regular loofah. Plan on donating it.
