Once an order is placed, the order is usually shipped out in 1-2 business days and should arrive at your door within 7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Silicone is not inherently antimicrobial.

Sud Scrub is made of food-grade silicone that's infused with silver and zinc during the manufacturing process to help resist the growth of bacteria and fungi on the scrubber itself*.

The proprietary scrubbing fins are more gentle on the skin and provides a relaxing massage unlike any other scrubber.

We recommend cleaning your Sud Scrub every 3 weeks as dirt, hair, and soap scum may collect between the bristles and grip pattern over time.

To clean, use a toothbrush with dish soap to lightly brush in between the bristles, inside, and back of the Sud Scrub. Rinse thoroughly with hot water to get rid of any stubborn dirt or stains.

Alternatively, you may also throw your Sud Scrub on the top rack of your dishwasher and run a regular cycle with your dishes.

Even though Sud Scrub has antimicrobial properties that are built to protect the product, we recommend additional sanitization from time to time.

To do so, place the Sud Scrub in boiling water for 2 minutes. This will also serve to loosen up and remove soap scum that may have accumulated over time.

Depending on your personal routine and how often you use your Sud Scrub, we recommend replacing your Sud Scrub at least once every year.

Hands come in various shapes and sizes. Although we designed Sud Scrub to fit securely on most hands, we understand that getting that perfect fit may not be possible for everyone—especially those with very small hands.

If you find that your Sud Scrub feels a bit loose, try putting your middle finger through the hanger loop. This will your make Sud Scrub feel a lot more secure when you're scrubbing.

First, make sure that you're following all the instructions in the included Quick Start Guide closely. If your Sud Scrub is still not lathering well, it's probably your body wash.

All body washes are formulated differently - some produce a lot of lather, some don’t. Sud Scrub is designed to work with the natural lather of your soap. For best results, use your Sud Scrub with a high lather soap and away from running water.

Yes, you can! Sud Scrub is made of 100% silicone, which is recyclable.

We understand that not all curbside recycling programs accept silicone so when you're done with your Sud Scrub, send it back to us and we'll recycle it for you. We'll also give you a $5 credit towards the purchase of a new Sud Scrub!
